ANSWER: Carol Taylor's Studio.com is a PayPal verified business. We accept payments from Mastercard, Visa, American Express & Discover. You can conveniently shop on our website even if you do not have a Paypal account.
QUESTION: How will my order be shipped?
ANSWER: Once your order has shipped, we will automatically send you an email confirmation which will include the tracking number and indicate the shipping carrier used to complete your delivery.

QUESTION: What time will my Gift be delivered?
ANSWER: We realize the nature of the gift business is one which is extremely time sensitive. UPS, FedEx, USPS and DHL all have delivery commitment times, but the time can vary by the type of service for your delivery as well as the zip code.
QUESTION: How can I verify the status of my shipment?
ANSWER: Once your order has shipped, we will automatically send you an email confirmation as long as you have provided us with a valid email address. Your shipping confirmation will include the tracking number (if applicable) which will allow you to track your gift on the internet.
Please Note: If your email confirmation has not been received or you are experiencing an error message when tracking your gift, please call our toll free number.
QUESTION: What happens after I place my order?
ANSWER: Once your order is successfully placed in our system, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided with your order.
QUESTION: Can my order be shipped to a Hotel and/or a Hospital?
ANSWER: Carol Taylor’s Studio.com does not recommend shipping a gift to either a hospital or a hotel. Because your gift will not be delivered directly to the recipient, we cannot guarantee this type of delivery and will be unable to issue a refund if the patient and/or hotel quest checks out or is unable to be located within the facility. Please be advised there will be additional charges added to have the package
re-routed if the patient/quest has checked out or has been released.
QUESTION: My order arrived damaged?
ANSWER: We want your shopping experience with us to be exceptional, so if your gift arrives damaged or broken we will replace it. Period. We ask that you retain all product and packaging for inspection and your claim must be made within 48 hours from the time the gift is received. Before the damaged item is returned please call us at our customer service number, 1-888-877-2544.
QUESTION: Can my order be shipped to a P.O. Box?
ANSWER: No, Due to the policies and guidelines of UPS, FedEx and DHL, we are unable to ship your gift to a Military Base, P.O. Box or an APO address.
QUESTION: Can my order be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii?
ANSWER: Carol Taylor’s Studio.com is able to ship some of our gifts to Alaska or Hawaii, but there are a few exceptions.
QUESTION: How can I cancel my order?
ANSWER: If your order has not left our facility or has not been delivered we can easily cancel it. For telephone assistance call our toll free number
Please Note: If your order has already been sent out for delivery, unfortunately we will not be able to cancel it.
QUESTION: Why was my order delivered late?
ANSWER: *There may be several factors associated with the delay of your gifts:

*Incomplete or incorrect “Ship To” information
*Error with UPS, FedEx, USPS or DHL
Adverse weather conditions at the destination. Unfortunately,Carol Taylor's .com will be unable to issue credit if your delivery arrives late due to adverse weather conditions.
QUESTION: How can I make a change to an incorrect delivery address?
ANSWER: We will be happy to make a change in your shipping address as long as your order has not left our facility or been delivered.
If your gift has already been shipped, Carol Taylor’s Studio.com will gladly contact the shipping carrier (if possible) with your address change, but additional fees will apply to correct and forward the package to a new address.
QUESTION: What forms of payment do you accept?
ANSWER: Visa, Mastercard, Discovery and Amex. We also except ATM and Debits cards with the Mastercard or Visa Logo. No personal checks or C.O.D.
QUESTION: What happens if no one is at home when the package is delivered?
ANSWER: Once a delivery attempt has been made it is the responsibility of the customer to make sure the package is accepted. We do not guarantee delivery will be there if there is no one home to accept the package or if the shipping company is unable to deliver a package. Some packages require a signature, while others may be left at the door. The shipping carrier will make a total of 3 attempts to the recipient’s home. If no one is available the package will be returned to shipper. There will be additional fees to have the package re-shipped.
